Meet The Team
Director, Power BI Specialist
Since the age of 16, Alex has lived and breathed the automotive industry. Starting as an apprentice mechanic in his family business he now holds the position of Managing Director after helping grow the company to 10 locations and 100 staff.
Alex has a particular interest in reporting, data and business intelligence, specialising in Power BI concepts and creations.
Dawn has over 15 years’ experience within the automotive industry in many roles. Working for a prestigious manufacturer for many years she gained knowledge and became experienced in customer service, automotive repair, customer satisfaction/retention and warranty issues. She is also a strong sales professional.
Since then Dawn has become an experienced branch manager within a multi-location garage ensuring all key KPI’s were met, her branch was profitable and was ran as efficiently as possible.
Dawn’s main role now is software implementation and business consultancy. With a demonstrated history of working in the automotive industry, she is able to advise on almost all aspects of running a successful autocentre.
Alex is the finance specialist at GH Launch.
Alex graduated in Accountancy at the University of Hull in 2007. Following this he undertook a graduate trainee scheme in an accountancy practice where he worked for over 10 years with a range of clients in different sectors before moving into industry where he is now a Finance Director of a multi branch autocentre.
Not surprisingly, Alex has a keen eye on the numbers, and how these can be interpreted to both monitor your past performance and to enable business decision making for the future.
Before coming to GH Launch, Rhys ran a successful garage business for 9 years, employing 6 members of staff and he has a strong background in mechanical engineering and problem solving. He now holds a pivotal role in both software support and implementation with a keen interest in system analysis and development.
Rhys is a valuable addition to the team, allowing GH Launch to continue to be both reactive and forward-thinking when developing solutions to any situations.
Head of Training
Tom has a wealth of management and training experience within the motor industry. He has spent over 12 years working for a well known national autocentre and parts supplier within both on-site and head office capacities.
Tom has also gained experience working for the UK's largest apprenticeship provider working alongside key corporate clients to achieve training and coaching needs.
Tom heads up our onsite and remote training and is key to the relationship with customers both before and once a garage is live
Ryan is a Marketing and Data Specialist at GH Launch.
He came to GH Launch with a vast amount of digital marketing and sales experience from a wide variety of industries.
He enjoys learning and is always on the lookout to find out more about the next social trend or SEO algorithm update.
Ryan is a self-proclaimed data nerd. You’ll often find him diving into a report to create his latest campaign!
Business Development Manager
Elliot has gained invaluable experience since the ages of 18 building relationships with new clients and maintaining relationships with business clients helping them transition to new improved ways of working, and working closely with them to help embed these changes.
Elliot has a essential role in looking after new and current garage owners from their initial contact with our organization, helping them throughout their journey in becoming fully fledged GarageHive users.
Head of Support
Leigh has been involved in the Software industry since the age of 18, starting out as an apprentice and has worked her way into leadership roles.
With qualifications in Business, IT & Communications, this gives her the ability to look at situations from multiple angles to get the best solution.
Leigh enjoys helping customers and getting to the bottom of a good head scratcher.
Head of Accounts
Natalie graduated with a first class Business Management and Marketing degree from Nottingham Trent University in 2015. Since then she has gained experience in various roles in different management, marketing and accounts settings.
In order to build on her knowledge further, she completed her AAT qualifications in Bookkeeping and Accountancy becoming an AATQB Bookkeeper in 2019. Over her time within the industry she has gained a wealth of experience in a multi branch autocentre setting.
From a young age, Marcis has been hands-on with technology. In addition to that, he holds qualifications in Information Technologies and Communication, which have helped him expand his knowledge within the industry. The start of his career was built around the hospitality industry, and over 5 years, he progressed from customer service to management level, gaining a deep understanding of the right processes when it comes to customers and business. Marcis then made a decision to finally return to IT and continue pursuing his career, aligning himself with his true interests. His early knowledge of IT and hospitality experience proves to be a good combination, enabling him to provide the best service possible to their customers.
Introducing Reuben, a tech enthusiast with a strong interest in the garage software industry. Eager to kickstart his career, he brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for technology. Despite his limited professional experience, his adaptability and dedication make him a valuable asset ready to thrive in the fast-paced world of garage software.
Training and Implementation
Izzy has spent 4 years in her previous role in team leadership and development where she has built on her training and coaching skills. Having completed a Level 5 Coaching apprenticeship, she fits in perfectly with the training and implementation team.
Her skills and experience will help to encourage users and ensure a smooth transition onto Garage Hive.
After completing my business studies qualification in 2018 I joined the Automotive industry shortly after and have gained a wealth of experience working within the accounts department at a main vehicle dealership for over 4 years before joining the GH launch in 2022 to further my career.
When I left school I did an apprenticeship in Business Administration – however since then, I have passed both Level 2 and 3 AAT Bookkeeping qualifications.
I enjoy working in an office environment, speaking to new clients, and gaining more knowledge and skills each day.
I hope to continue to progress within the financial sector within GH Launch, moving up to management accounts is my next goal and from there to keep challenging myself even more.

Tyler has a wealth of expertise in Business & Administration, particularly in managerial roles with a focus on implementing organisational change and improving processes.
He has a strong passion for developing both procedures and individuals to help enhance work quality and efficiency.
